Story

This specialty coffee is produced on finca Hacienda Barbara, a beautiful coffee farm running up the Jaramillo mountainside in Boquete, Panama. This finca won 1st place in the Traditional Washed category at the Best Of Panama competition, boasting high quality and attention to detail. We personally look out over this coffee farm each day as we work on our neighboring farm. The coffee is handpicked, sorted and dried on site before it is roasted in small batches by our good friend Arturo. The picture to the left shows Arturo as he roasts a batch of this coffee. All coffee is roasted to order and will be in your hands within 2 weeks of the date purchased.
